Pakistan’s blind cricket team made history by securing their first-ever Blind T20 World Cup title, thrashing Bangladesh by 10 wickets in a spectacular final. The Green Shirts chased down a target of 140 runs in just 10.2 overs, sealing their victory with remarkable ease.
Bangladesh, batting first, managed 139 runs for the loss of 7 wickets. Arif Hussain stood out with a 54-run knock, while MD Salman contributed 31 and Ashiqur Rahman added 22. The remaining batters failed to reach double digits, reflecting Pakistan’s disciplined bowling.
For Pakistan, Babar Ali shone with two wickets, supported by Muhammad Salman and Matiullah, who claimed a wicket each.
