Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Railways (PR), Amir Ali Baloch, has issued strict directives to combat the circulation of fake job advertisements on social media, calling for immediate legal action against those involved in these fraudulent schemes.
In an official statement, the CEO emphasized that Pakistan Railways only shares authentic job postings through its official website and warned the public against falling prey to deceptive announcements.
Baloch announced that individuals spreading false advertisements to mislead the public and extort money will face stringent punitive actions. He directed the relevant authorities to swiftly register cases under the Cyber Crime Act against the perpetrators to deter such activities in the future.
Assuring the public of PR’s commitment to transparency and consistent growth, Baloch stated, “Pakistan Railways is progressing steadily with solid policies in place, and the public will witness positive developments soon.”
