New Ambassadors from Romania, Somalia, Nepal, Japan, and Bangladesh Present Credentials to President Asif Ali Zardari

Five newly appointed ambassadors officially presented their credentials to President Asif Ali Zardari during a ceremony at Aiwan-e-Sadr. The envoys included Dan Stoenescu from Romania, Sheikh Nur Mohamed Hassan from Somalia, Rita Dhital from Nepal, Akamatsu Shuichi from Japan, and Md. Iqbal Hussain Khan, the High Commissioner-designate from Bangladesh.

During the event, President Zardari extended his congratulations to the diplomats and expressed optimism about strengthening Pakistan’s relations with their countries in key areas such as trade, economy, and culture.

The ceremony began with the envoys receiving a guard of honour from a Pakistan Armed Forces contingent, marking the start of their diplomatic missions in Pakistan.
