Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Announces End to Nationwide Sit-Ins

Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) leader Allama Raja Nasir Abbas has declared the conclusion of nationwide sit-ins following a peace agreement signed by the concerned parties.

Addressing a press conference in Karachi, Allama Nasir Abbas expressed hope for the immediate implementation of the agreement. “I call for the prompt execution of the accord and urge all protesters to peacefully return to their homes,” he stated.

Allama Nasir Abbas stressed the importance of adhering to the decisions made by the Apex Committee and demanded transparency regarding recent events. “Bilawal Bhutto should initiate an inquiry into the Karachi incident,” he urged, adding that the government must not delay enforcing the peace agreement.

He also condemned the violence, stating, “The spilling of innocent blood has tarnished their reputation.”
