Bangladeshi Ambassador to UAE Meets Pakistani Ambassador in Courtesy Call
The newly appointed Ambassador of Bangladesh to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Tareq Ahmed, met with Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, at the Pakistan House.
During the meeting, both envoys discussed key matters of mutual interest, including enhancing trade and investment ties, strengthening people-to-people connections, and resuming direct flights between Islamabad, Karachi, and Dhaka.
Both ambassadors emphasized the importance of supporting the large Pakistani and Bangladeshi diaspora in the UAE. Ambassador Tirmizi highlighted the deep historical and cultural ties between the two nations and underscored the significant untapped trade potential that could drive economic growth for both countries.
Ambassador Tareq commitment to strengthening relations with Pakistan. He stressed the need for ongoing dialogue and collaboration to address shared challenges and achieve common regional goals.
