Ambassador Hashmi Engages with Pakistani Community in China

Pakistan’s Ambassador to China, Khalil Hashmi, held an interactive session with members of the Pakistani community in China at the Embassy premises, fostering direct engagement on matters of mutual interest.

The session was attended both in-person and online, allowing participants to discuss key issues and share their perspectives with the Ambassador. Ambassador Hashmi briefed the community on the Embassy’s initiatives, including:

• Forums and B2B matchmaking events to enhance business opportunities.
• A new Embassy website, set to launch in the coming weeks, to improve accessibility to services.

Ambassador Hashmi commended the Pakistani diaspora for their significant role in strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and China. He assured the community of the Embassy’s continued support, addressing concerns raised by students and professionals residing in China.

The session provided a platform for community members to voice their views and suggestions, which were acknowledged by the Ambassador. He offered initial feedback and pledged continued facilitation to ensure the well-being and connectivity of Pakistani nationals in China.
