Dubai International Aquatics Championships to Host March 21 to April 21, 2025

Dubai is set to welcome more than 3,000 swimmers from 40 countries as the Dubai International Aquatics Championships (DIAC) kicks off at the Hamdan Sports Complex from March 21 to April 21, 2025. The prestigious event will feature five major disciplines, including swimming, diving, water polo, open water swimming, and artistic swimming.
Organized in collaboration with the UAE Swimming Federation, the championship aims to provide a global platform for emerging and professional athletes to compete at an elite level. Approximately 1,200 international participants are expected, highlighting Dubai’s growing reputation as a hub for international sports events.
The Hamdan Sports Complex, renowned for hosting world-class competitions, will serve as the venue for the championship. The facility, with a seating capacity of 15,000, will accommodate spectators eager to witness top-tier aquatic performances.
Event organizers emphasize that DIAC will not only boost local talent development but also contribute to fostering international sports relations. The championship is expected to attract significant global attention, with top swimmers competing for glory in various categories.
