Massive Protest in Belgrade Against Serbian President

Thousands of protesters marched through the Serbian capital in a large demonstration against President Aleksandar Vučić, accusing his government of corruption and authoritarianism.

The rally, one of the biggest in recent years, saw opposition leaders and activists calling for democratic reforms and greater transparency. Authorities appeared to disrupt the protest by canceling public transport, forcing many to walk long distances to the city center.

Demonstrators waved Serbian flags and chanted slogans demanding free elections and media freedom. The opposition has accused Vučić of tightening his grip on power and suppressing dissent.

Despite the transport challenges, the protest remained peaceful, with organizers vowing to continue their movement until significant political changes are made.
