Saudi Arabia Set to Host Second Human Capability Initiative Conference Under Crown Prince’s Patronage
Saudi Arabia is gearing up to launch the second edition of the Human Capability Initiative Conference this Sunday in Riyadh, under the esteemed patronage of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who also serves as Chairman of the Human Capability Development Program Committee.
The two-day global forum, held under the theme “Beyond Readiness,” reaffirms the Kingdom’s strategic focus on investing in human capital as a foundational pillar of its Vision 2030 transformation agenda.
Organized by the Human Capability Development Program, the conference will gather more than 300 global speakers, including high-ranking officials, industry leaders, academic pioneers, and civil society representatives. Attendees will engage in over 100 panel discussions, covering a broad range of topics centered on advancing human development in a rapidly evolving world.
This year’s edition emphasizes harnessing emerging technologies and fostering lifelong learning to unlock individual and community potential. It also aims to encourage the development of adaptable skills and mindsets that empower people to thrive amid global change.
A significant focus will be placed on building value-driven societies that foster inclusion, sustainability, and innovation. Organizers hope the event will serve as a platform for global collaboration, where diverse sectors can align efforts to solve both domestic and international challenges.
The initiative marks another milestone in Saudi Arabia’s journey to become a global hub for talent development, education reform, and future-ready skills.
