Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar Embarks on First Official Visit to Kabul

Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, departed for Kabul on Saturday for his first official visit to Afghanistan.

According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office, the Deputy Prime Minister is leading a high-level delegation that includes Pakistan’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, Ambassador Sadiq Khan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tariq Bajwa, as well as federal secretaries from the ministries of commerce, railways, and interior.

This visit underscores Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening bilateral ties with Afghanistan through diplomatic engagement and regional cooperation.
