Pakistan’s Retaliation Will Echo Worldwide, Warns DG ISPR

Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, has issued a strong message, declaring that if Pakistan responds militarily, the impact will be heard worldwide. Speaking during a joint press conference with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad, he confirmed that Pakistan’s armed forces are fully monitoring all Indian actions and will respond decisively to any aggression.

DG ISPR revealed that India violated Pakistani airspace with 29 drones, resulting in three civilian deaths and four injuries. Forensic analysis of the downed drones is in progress. He added that Indian media is spreading fake visuals and disinformation to escalate tensions. He emphasized that India’s own missiles had mistakenly struck installations in Amritsar, refuting claims of cross-border strikes from Pakistan.

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar reiterated that Pakistan has not targeted any civilian areas in Indian Punjab and remains a responsible nuclear state committed to strategic restraint. He noted that Indian drones attempted to attack a military installation in Lahore. Pakistan Air Force swiftly responded by downing five Indian warplanes. Additional Indian drones were intercepted in Sukkur, Rahim Yar Khan, and Rawalpindi.

Addressing the nation, Ishaq Dar assured that there is no need for panic. Pakistan’s Army, Navy, and Air Force are fully alert and prepared for any situation. He stated that Pakistan reserves the right to retaliate at a time and place of its choosing. He condemned India’s failed strike near the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, which endangered local and international players.

DG ISPR concluded by stating that Pakistan has long fought terrorism with faith and resilience, and the armed forces will respond with full strength if provoked. He called out India’s engineered media hysteria and reaffirmed that Pakistan will defend its sovereignty under any circumstances.
