OIC Secretary-General Meets Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to Discuss Enhanced Cooperation

ISLAMABAD — Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hissein Brahim Taha, on Tuesday held a meeting with Syed Mohammad Fawad Sher, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the OIC, at the organization’s General Secretariat in Jeddah.

During the discussion, both sides explored ways to deepen collaboration between the OIC and Pakistan while advancing the shared objectives of Joint Islamic Action.

They also reviewed key priorities currently on the OIC agenda, reaffirming a commitment to promoting unity, solidarity, and cooperation among member states, according to a press release.
