ISLAMABAD — Pakistan and Azerbaijan have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at boosting cooperation on youth development, marking a significant milestone in bilateral relations.
According to the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP), the agreement focuses on strengthening ties between the two nations through youth-led initiatives, intercultural exchanges, and broader regional collaboration.
During a formal ceremony, Member of the National Assembly and PMYP Focal Person Syeda Amnah Batool signed the MoU on behalf of Chairman Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, alongside representatives from Azerbaijan.
The PMYP highlighted that this partnership, based on shared values and mutual understanding, will pave the way for diverse exchange programs, joint projects, and new opportunities for youth empowerment.
Officials believe this MoU will deepen cooperation between Pakistan and Azerbaijan, opening avenues to promote peace, intercultural understanding, and sustainable youth development in the region.
