Makkah, Saudi Arabia – Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, President General for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, has launched the Excellence and Creativity Award for employees of the Two Holy Mosques.
The award aims to encourage creativity, improve operational performance, and enhance service delivery for millions of worshipers and visitors who frequent the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.
Sheikh Al-Sudais, while chairing a meeting with the newly formed award committee, highlighted the importance of nurturing professional belonging and fostering an institutional culture of innovation.
The program features individual categories for both male and female employees, along with a competitive award for administrative units, designed to promote team-based excellence and collaborative achievement.
