UAE Delegation Discusses Investment Opportunities in Pakistan

A high-ranking delegation from the United Arab Emirates, led by Amir Maghami, CEO of Shipping and Transhipment at Abu Dhabi Ports, met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar on Thursday. The discussions centered on investment opportunities in Pakistan, particularly in the aviation sector, highlighting the potential for economic collaboration between the two nations.

In a separate engagement, Deputy Prime Minister Dar presided over a meeting to assess preparations for the upcoming 23rd meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, set to take place next month. The session included contributions from Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch and officials from relevant ministries, who provided updates on conference logistics. Dar expressed satisfaction with the progress achieved in the preparations.
