The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has granted royal approval for the appointment of new Imams at Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi, as announced by Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, head of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques.
Sheikh Dr. Al-Sudais confirmed that Sheikh Badr Al-Turki and Sheikh Dr. Al-Waleed Al-Shamsan have been appointed as Imams at Masjid al-Haram. Meanwhile, at Masjid an-Nabawi, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Barhaji and Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al-Qarafi have been given the honor to serve as new Imams. This decision underscores the commitment to maintaining the spiritual leadership and religious guidance at the two most sacred sites in Islam.
