The Prime Minister of Belarus, Roman Golovchenko, met with Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Syed Asim Munir, in Islamabad on Tuesday. The meeting focused on discussions around regional dynamics and explored ways to enhance bilateral security and defense cooperation between Belarus and Pakistan, according to a news release from Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
General Asim Munir reaffirmed Pakistan’s appreciation for Belarus’s role in global and regional affairs** and expressed a commitment to further strengthen the military partnership between the two countries.
