Caitlin Clark Wins WNBA Rookie of the Year in Near-Unanimous Decision

Caitlin Clark has been awarded the WNBA Rookie of the Year in a landslide vote, earning 66 out of 67 votes from a panel of sportswriters and sportscasters. This accolade gives the Indiana Fever consecutive Rookie of the Year titles, following Aliyah Boston’s win last season. Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese received the lone remaining vote.

In a statement, Clark expressed her appreciation: “I am incredibly honored to be named Rookie of the Year, but more than that, I am grateful to everyone that supported me throughout this past season — my family and friends, my teammates, the Fever organization, and everyone that cheered us on all season.
