CM Marium Nawaz Urges UN to Advocate for Palestinian and Kashmiri Rights

Punjab Chief Minister Marium Nawaz Sharif has called on the United Nations to take an active role in securing the rights of Palestinians and Kashmiris. In her message for the UN-designated day, she expressed that the organization serves as a crucial symbol of hope for global peace, human rights, and development.

Marium highlighted that this day reinforces the importance of solidarity, peace, and cooperation, commending the UN’s longstanding efforts in combating poverty, ignorance, and injustice worldwide. She reiterated Pakistan’s strong commitment to the UN’s fundamental objectives, emphasizing the country’s adherence to UN resolutions as a responsible member.

Additionally, Marium pledged to enhance cooperation with the international community to promote the development and prosperity of the people of Pakistan, appealing for the UN to play a pivotal role in advocating for the rights of Muslims in Palestine and Kashmir.
