Pakistan’s stall, though modest in size, offers a rich presentation of the country’s natural treasures and traditional heritage. The centerpiece of the exhibit is the renowned Pink Himalayan Salt, globally appreciated for its purity, striking appearance, and health benefits.
Thousands Flock to the Pakistani Pavilion Daily
The stall is witnessing footfall ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 people daily. Visitors include tourists, children, business professionals, diplomats, and members of the media. Japanese visitors, in particular, are lining up to explore and purchase pink salt and other featured items.
In addition to the salt, the pavilion also showcases:
- Traditional handicrafts
- Cultural artifacts
- A dedicated photo gallery
- Informative brochures about Pakistani heritage and exports
Visitors express deep interest not only in the natural salt but also in Pakistan’s cultural richness and culinary offerings.
TDAP Sees Strategic Trade Opportunity

He emphasized that the Expo provides a strategic platform to introduce Pakistani Pink Salt to the Japanese market. He also highlighted the broader potential of the event to project Pakistan’s peaceful image and cultural identity to the world.
