In a move to ease the financial burden on consumers, the federal government has announced substantial reductions in fuel prices. Effective immediately:
– **Petrol**: The price has been cut by PKR 10 per liter, bringing the new rate to PKR 249.10 per liter.
– **High-Speed Diesel**: The price has decreased by PKR 13.06 per liter, now set at PKR 249.69 per liter.
– **Kerosene Oil**: The price has been reduced by PKR 11.15 per liter, resulting in a new price of PKR 158.47 per liter.
– **Light Diesel Oil**: This has seen a reduction of PKR 12.12 per liter, making the new rate PKR 141.93 per liter.
These adjustments reflect the government’s ongoing efforts to manage fuel costs and provide relief to consumers amidst fluctuating global oil markets.
