The Grand Mosque in Makkah has taken a major technological leap with the introduction of AI and robotics-driven services to enhance visitor experience. The initiative, launched by Duraya Company and SWB Technical Development Company, aims to improve guidance, ritual assistance, and electronic fatwa services.

 

His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais praised the development, emphasizing the role of cutting-edge technology in facilitating pilgrims and ensuring seamless access to religious services. The AI-powered system is expected to provide real-time support, multilingual assistance, and efficient service delivery within the Grand Mosque.

This initiative reflects Saudi Arabia’s commitment to integrating advanced technology into religious and public services, ensuring a modern and accessible experience for worshippers.
