Hamas Rejoins Gaza Ceasefire Talks as Israel Launches New Ground Offensive

Hamas has officially confirmed its participation in renewed ceasefire negotiations, just hours after Israel launched a fresh ground offensive in Gaza. The talks are being mediated by Qatar and aim to halt the rapidly escalating violence in the region.

Iraq announced a $40 million aid package for Gaza and Lebanon, emphasizing the importance of reconstruction and peace efforts.

U.S. President Donald Trump recently concluded a diplomatic tour in the Middle East, securing a ceasefire deal in Yemen and facilitating the release of an American hostage held by Hamas. However, his approach has sparked criticism for excluding Israeli input in key negotiations.
