Cairo — Senior Hamas leader and chief negotiator Khalil al-Hayya has arrived in Cairo for pivotal talks with Egyptian officials aimed at halting the war in Gaza, expediting humanitarian aid deliveries, and alleviating the suffering of civilians trapped in the conflict zone.
