Superstar Rajinikanth was admitted to Apollo Hospital late Monday night, with hospital sources indicating that a heart-related procedure has been scheduled for Tuesday. They reported that the 76-year-old actor’s condition is currently stable. However, there has been no official statement from the hospital or his family regarding his health.

The iconic actor has been actively working on two films: *Vettaiyan*, directed by Gnanavel Raja, set for release on October 10, and *Coolie*, helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. He had just returned to Chennai a few days before his hospitalization.
