The Deputy Governor of Khorasan Razavi Province, Hassan Noorizadeh, announced that an international exhibition showcasing investment opportunities in Iran’s free zones, along with exports to Central Asia and Afghanistan, is set to take place in Mashhad.
Noorizadeh informed our correspondent that these exhibitions will be held over four days starting from Tuesday.
He highlighted that the largest trade delegation is arriving from Afghanistan, consisting of more than 100 traders and economic officials.
At the event, the head of the Chabahar Free Zone will provide attendees with information about investment opportunities in the region.
Noorizadeh mentioned that 80 traders from Turkmenistan and 21 from Tajikistan will participate, along with numerous traders from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Pakistan, and other Central Asian countries.
He added that given the annual export target of $2 billion from Khorasan Razavi Province, these exhibitions will be instrumental in maintaining connections with export markets.
