Muslim World League Strongly Condemns Terror Attack in Jammu and Kashmir
The Muslim World League (MWL) has issued a strong condemnation of the recent terrorist attack in the Pahalgam area of Jammu and Kashmir, which tragically resulted in numerous civilian casualties.
In an official statement reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the MWL expressed its unequivocal rejection of all forms of violence, extremism, and terrorism, stressing that no religion or culture should ever be associated with such heinous acts.
The MWL extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the attack. The statement underscored the MWL’s consistent global stance against terrorism, calling for international unity in confronting such threats to peace and humanity.
The League also referenced the joint declaration issued after Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s state visit to Saudi Arabia, which condemned the incident and denounced any attempt to associate terrorism with any race, religion, or culture.
Furthermore, the MWL praised the strategic cooperation between Saudi Arabia and India in combating terrorism and its financing. It lauded both nations’ shared efforts to eliminate terrorist networks, dismantle their cross-border infrastructure, and bring perpetrators to justice.
The condemnation from the MWL reflects the broader Islamic world’s commitment to global peace and the firm rejection of extremism in any form.
