Newly Appointed Saudi Princes Take Oath Before King Salman in Jeddah

Several newly appointed Saudi princes formally took the oath of office on Tuesday before Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, during a ceremony at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.
The royal ceremony marked the official start of duties for:
- Prince Nasser bin Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, appointed Deputy Governor of Jazan Region
- Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Faisal bin Saad, appointed Deputy Governor of Qassim Region
- Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, appointed Governor of Jazan Region
The event was attended by top royal and government officials, including Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz and Deputy Private Secretary to the King, Tamim bin Abdulaziz Al-Salem.
The princes pledged their allegiance and commitment to serving the Kingdom and upholding the responsibilities assigned to them under the royal directive. The appointments are part of Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to strengthen governance, enhance public service delivery, and support regional development across the country.
The ceremony underscored the importance of leadership renewal and continuity within the Saudi administrative framework.
