NPO to Host Workshop on “Mastering Supply Chain Management”

The National Productivity Organization (NPO) is set to conduct a comprehensive webinar on “Mastering Supply Chain Management (SCM) Techniques” on November 7. This workshop aims to equip participants with advanced insights into supply chain networks, core business functions, and the latest digital developments in SCM.

According to an NPO statement, the workshop will provide a thorough overview of supply chain components, explore an integrated systems approach to achieve high-performance supply chain operations, and offer practical checklists for significant SCM improvements. The program will cover both traditional and modern SCM methods and will also examine how integrated systems impact supply chain performance.

The workshop is targeted at top managers, including those in production, operations, supply chain, quality management, engineering, IT, marketing, sales, finance, HR, procurement, and contracts, as well as new and middle management. Participants will gain expertise in SCM fundamentals, components analysis, performance enhancement strategies, and assessment of their organization’s supply chain capabilities.
