Operation Bunyān Marsūs: Pakistan Destroys Multiple Indian Airfields in Retaliatory Strikes
Pakistan launched a decisive retaliatory campaign named Operation Bunyān Marsūs (“Wall of Steel”) at dawn, targeting Indian military aggression with a series of coordinated precision strikes.
According to security sources, Pakistan’s armed forces are actively engaging multiple high-value military targets across India. The counter-offensive has resulted in the destruction of 12 critical sites, including Udhampur Airbase, Pathankot Airbase, Sirsa, Suratgarh, Barnala, Bathinda, Sasaram, Jammu, Akhnoor, Adampur, Halwara, and Mamun airfields. Strategic assets such as the BrahMos missile storage site, a major brigade headquarters at KG Top, and the Uri supply depot have also been eliminated.
The military confirmed that Udhampur Airbase was hit with three direct missile strikes, while Adampur Airfield—reportedly used to launch missiles toward Pakistan, Amritsar, and Afghanistan—was completely neutralized. Indian artillery positions at Dehr Nagyari were also destroyed during the operation.
Security sources revealed that the BrahMos missile depot in Beas was wiped out, as were critical air assets at Pathankot. Cyberwarfare operations simultaneously disabled 70% of India’s national power grid, plunging large swaths of the country into darkness.
Pakistan deployed its Fateh-1 missile system to target sites from where attacks on civilians and religious institutions were launched. Explosions were reported in several Indian locations, indicating widespread destruction and heavy casualties.
The counterstrikes also targeted a major Indian military intelligence training facility in Nowshera, Occupied Kashmir, accused of directing terrorism inside Pakistan. Additionally, Pakistan obliterated Barnala Airfield and the brigade headquarters in Bhimber Gali.
Frontline reports confirm the destruction of Indian artillery positions, including the silencing of numerous gun emplacements. Key Indian posts such as Rabtanwali, Danna, Khawaja Bheek Complex, and Rang Contour were reduced to rubble.
Indian media acknowledged that 26 high-priority sites were struck during Pakistan’s operation. The campaign comes in response to India’s missile attacks on Pakistani airbases—Noor Khan, Murid, and Shorkot—which involved air-to-ground munitions.
