
Pakistan and Indonesia Conclude Joint Military Exercise “Elang Strike II” Focused on Counter-Terrorism

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), a joint military exercise between Pakistan and Indonesia, “Elang Strike II,” was held at the National Counter Terrorism Center in Pabbi. The week-long exercise commenced on September 8, 2024, and featured participation from both nations’ armed forces. This marked the second counter-terrorism exercise between Pakistan and Indonesia.
The objective of the exercise was to facilitate the exchange of experiences and training techniques between the two armies, strengthening the close and brotherly ties between the two countries. The closing ceremony was graced by the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 17th Division as the chief guest, while Indonesia’s Defense Attaché, Colonel Budi Wierman, also attended.
During the exercise, military troops demonstrated the highest standards of professional skills, further enhancing mutual learning and collaboration between the two forces.
