Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, held a telephone conversation on Saturday with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov to discuss bilateral relations and regional developments.

During the call, both leaders reviewed the full spectrum of Pakistan-Azerbaijan relations, highlighting areas of cooperation and mutual interest. The discussion also touched upon ongoing regional and international developments.

A key focus of the conversation was the upcoming official visit of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to Azerbaijan. The two ministers expressed optimism that the visit would further strengthen ties and open new avenues for economic and strategic collaboration.

The call underscored the commitment of both countries to deepening diplomatic engagement and advancing shared goals in trade, connectivity, and regional peace.
