Pakistan, Bangladesh Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties Through Media Cooperation

Pakistan’s Additional Foreign Secretary (Asia & Pacific), Ambassador Imran Ahmed Siddiqui, met with a Bangladeshi media delegation on Friday to discuss bilateral relations and the role of media in fostering mutual understanding.

During the meeting, Ambassador Siddiqui highlighted the positive momentum in Pakistan-Bangladesh ties and emphasized the importance of media in bridging gaps, promoting people-to-people exchanges, and strengthening diplomatic engagements.

He reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to deepening cooperation with Bangladesh across various sectors, including trade, culture, and regional stability. The visiting delegation acknowledged the significance of open dialogue and journalistic collaboration in shaping public perception and enhancing bilateral trust.

The interaction is part of ongoing efforts to expand diplomatic and media engagement between the two nations, paving the way for stronger ties in South Asia.
