Pakistan Business Council Delegation Meets Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi to Strengthen Trade Relations

A high-level delegation from the newly appointed Board of Directors of the Pakistan Business Council (PBC) in Dubai met with Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, at the Embassy of Pakistan in Abu Dhabi. The meeting, held on Friday, was led by Shabbir Merchant, the delegation’s head.

The delegation shared their strategic vision for deepening the economic and trade relationships between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. They emphasized the need for closer business-to-business collaboration and sought the Embassy’s support to facilitate and implement their plans.

Ambassador Tirmizi extended his congratulations to the new Board members and reiterated the Embassy’s commitment to supporting initiatives that will enhance Pakistan-UAE trade and investment. He underscored the importance of fostering greater economic cooperation and assured the delegation that the Embassy would work closely with them to realize their objectives.

The meeting underscored the growing significance of private-sector initiatives in driving economic growth, with both sides looking forward to advancing bilateral business ties to new heights.
