Pakistan Calls for Concrete Global Action Against Rising Islamophobia
Report By Syed Farzand Ali
On the occasion of the International Day to Combat Islamophobia, Pakistan has urged the global community to take tangible and effective measures to counter the growing wave of Islamophobia.
In a statement, the Foreign Office Spokesperson emphasized that incidents of hate speech, religious discrimination, and attacks on Muslim communities and places of worship violate fundamental human rights and religious freedoms.
As a key advocate in the global fight against Islamophobia, Pakistan reaffirmed its commitment to promoting tolerance, interfaith harmony, and mutual respect among diverse cultures and religions. The country pledged to continue working with international partners to address this critical issue.
