Report By Syed Farzand Ali
Pakistan has urged the international community to devise a concrete plan for the reconstruction of Gaza in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions, warning that ongoing Israeli raids could derail the ceasefire.
Foreign Office spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan, in his weekly press briefing, emphasized the need for accountability for Israeli actions in Gaza, stating that it is crucial for restoring international legitimacy. He welcomed the Gaza ceasefire, achieved through mediation by Egypt, Qatar, and the United States, along with the release of hostages and Palestinian prisoners.
