Pakistan Celebrates Success at Arab Health 2025 with Business Networking Event in Dubai

The Trade and Investment Section of the Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai hosted a Business Networking Dinner to celebrate the success of Pakistani exhibitors at Arab Health 2025, one of the world’s leading healthcare exhibitions. The event brought together key figures from the healthcare industry, diplomats, and business leaders to recognize Pakistan’s growing footprint in the global medical sector.

Promoting Business Ties in Healthcare

The gathering was attended by Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Consul General Hussain Muhammad, leading Pakistani businessmen, and senior officials of the diplomatic mission. Addressing the attendees, Ali Zeb Khan, Trade and Investment Counsellor, emphasized the importance of business-to-business linkages and encouraged exhibitors to explore global partnerships in the healthcare industry.

Consul General Hussain Muhammad reaffirmed the Consulate’s commitment to supporting Pakistani businesses, recognizing their significant role in the international healthcare market.

Recognition of Pakistani Entrepreneurs

In his speech, Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi applauded Pakistani entrepreneurs for their contributions to pharmaceuticals and medical surgical instruments, which have earned international acclaim. He also commended the Pakistan Consulate’s Commercial Section and the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) for their efforts in facilitating Pakistani exhibitors at the event.

Renowned Pakistani physician and researcher, Professor Dr. Javed Akram, and Shabbir Merchant, Chairman of the Pakistan Business Council Dubai, also addressed the gathering. They emphasized the potential of Pakistani healthcare innovations to make a global impact.

Industry Leaders Applaud Pakistan’s Role

Bilal Tanweer, Former Chairman of the Surgical Instruments Manufacturers Association of Pakistan (SIMAP), praised the efforts of the Commercial Section in ensuring successful exhibitor participation at Arab Health 2025.

The event provided networking opportunities for Pakistani exhibitors to engage with international industry counterparts, exchange ideas, and explore new collaborations to further expand Pakistan’s healthcare sector globally.
