Pakistan, China Reaffirm Strong Space Cooperation in High-Level Meeting
Pakistan’s Ambassador to China, Khalil Hashmi, held a meeting with Vice Administrator of the China National Space Administration (CNSA), Bian Zhigang, at the Pakistan Embassy in Beijing on Friday.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the significant milestones achieved in 2024 and expressed satisfaction with the ongoing space collaboration between Pakistan and China. Discussions centered on expanding bilateral cooperation in space technology, satellite development, and scientific research.
Ambassador Hashmi emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to further enhancing this strategic partnership. “We satisfaction reviewed, with our robust space cooperation, including the milestones achieved in 2024. Looking ahead to further strengthening this partnership,” he stated in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
The meeting reaffirmed the growing collaboration in space exploration, with both nations aiming to leverage cutting-edge technology for scientific advancements and sustainable development. The discussions also aligned with Pakistan’s efforts to expand its capabilities in space research and satellite programs in partnership with China.
