Pakistan Condemns Israeli Military Actions and Al-Aqsa Mosque Raid

Pakistan has strongly condemned Israel’s latest military operations, denouncing the illegal seizure of the Morag Corridor and the continued annexation of Palestinian land. The Foreign Office described these actions as a blatant violation of international law and a direct threat to regional stability.

Foreign Office spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan criticized Israel for targeting a UN-run clinic in Jabalia, where over 700 displaced civilians had taken shelter. He stated that the attack reflects Israel’s disregard for humanitarian principles and accused it of systematic ethnic cleansing.

“The relentless aggression by Israeli forces in Gaza has led to the deaths of thousands of innocent civilians, including women, children, medical personnel, and aid workers. This brutality is a continuation of Israel’s illegal occupation and oppression of the Palestinian people,” Khan stated.

Pakistan also condemned the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli forces during Eid-ul-Fitr, calling it a deliberate provocation against Muslims worldwide. Khan warned that such actions fuel tensions and serve Israel’s expansionist ambitions.

Highlighting the large-scale destruction of Palestinian homes and infrastructure, Khan described the forced displacement of hundreds of thousands as both morally and legally indefensible. He called for an immediate halt to Israel’s ongoing violations of international law.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering support for Palestine, he reiterated the need for an independent Palestinian state based on pre-1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

Pakistan urged the global community to intervene urgently to prevent further atrocities and to safeguard the sanctity of religious sites.
