Pakistan Cyber Offensive Cripples BJP and Key Indian Defense Websites

Pakistan launched a decisive cyber counterstrike against Indian digital infrastructure in response to recent hostilities, successfully disabling and compromising major government, defense, and energy sector systems across India.

According to the spokesperson for the Pakistan Air Force, the nation’s cyber command targeted Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited, rendering 235 solar and wind power grid stations inoperative. This action disrupted large segments of India’s renewable energy supply.

Prominent Indian entities compromised in the cyber operation include:

• Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) official website
• Crime Research Investigation Agency
• Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL)
• Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML)
• All India Naval Technical Supervisory Staff Association
• Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL)
• Border Security Forces (BSF)
• Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI)

The Pakistani cyber team also leaked classified data from:

• Indian Air Force systems
• Maharashtra Election Commission databases
• Various other governmental portals and infrastructure

Additionally, over 2,500 surveillance cameras were breached, compromising India’s security surveillance network.

The attack further extended to the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited, causing a complete regional blackout. All digital records of domestic and commercial energy meters were deleted.

This operation, carried out with precision, significantly disrupted India’s critical infrastructure and digital command systems, marking a strategic shift in Pakistan’s retaliation measures.
