Pakistan Reaffirms Unwavering Support for Palestine at Global Ministerial Conference
Pakistan has reiterated its unwavering moral and diplomatic support for Palestine’s struggle for independence, as Federal Minister for Communications, Privatization, and Board of Investment, Abdul Aleem Khan, engaged in high-level discussions with Palestinian Transport Minister Tariq Hussaini Zarrab during the 4th Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety in Morocco.
Pakistan’s Continued Solidarity with Palestine
During the meeting, Minister Aleem Khan reaffirmed Pakistan’s firm stance in support of Palestinian rights, emphasizing that the people of Pakistan stand in complete solidarity with their Palestinian brothers and sisters.
“Pakistan remains committed support to Palestine. The suffering of the Palestinian people is a global concern, and their rightful struggle for self-determination deserves recognition,” stated Minister Aleem Khan.
He further condemned the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Palestine, urging the international community to take decisive action in ensuring justice and peace for the Palestinian people.

Expressing gratitude, Palestinian Transport Minister Tariq Hussaini Zarrab lauded Pakistan’s consistent diplomatic backing and acknowledged its role as a key advocate for Palestinian rights on the global stage.

Beyond diplomatic discussions, Minister Aleem Khan utilized the Global Ministerial Conference as an opportunity to strengthen Pakistan’s ties with key international partners in the transport and infrastructure sectors.
During the conference, he held bilateral meetings with several high-ranking officials, including:

Minister Aleem Khan emphasized Pakistan’s vast potential for infrastructure development, encouraging foreign stakeholders to explore investment opportunities in motorway expansion, road safety, and transportation efficiency projects.
“As a country of over 240 million people, we welcome international partnerships in both government-to-government (G2G) and business-to-business (B2B) formats,” he stated.
He also highlighted Pakistan’s progress in reducing traffic incidents and implementing advanced road safety measures to improve overall travel conditions.
