Pakistan and Turkiye reaffirmed their commitment to boosting trade, economic collaboration, and cultural exchange during a high-level meeting between President Asif Ali Zardari and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at Aiwan-e-Sadr.

✅ Strengthened Economic Cooperation – Leaders emphasized enhancing trade, investment, banking, and stock market linkages.
✅ Tourism & Connectivity – Discussions focused on improving air links and people-to-people ties.
✅ Regional & Global Issues – Both sides reiterated support for Gaza, Syria, and Kashmir, calling for peaceful resolutions.
✅ Investment Opportunities – President Zardari invited Turkish enterprises to invest in Pakistan’s key sectors.

President Erdogan reaffirmed Turkiye’s commitment to elevating trade to $5 billion, praising Pakistan’s economic progress and strategic regional role. The meeting concluded with a state banquet hosted in honor of the Turkish delegation.
