Pakistani Graduates Association Condemns Israeli and US Attacks on Iran

Lahore — The Association of Pakistani Graduates from Russia and CIS has issued a strong condemnation of the recent Israeli airstrikes on Iran, describing them as a grave threat to international peace. The group also criticized the United States for launching what it called an unjustified and aggressive attack on Iranian soil in support of Israel.

A resolution, jointly presented by Chairman Dr. Shahid Hassan and President Professor Dr. Ashraf Nizami, was unanimously adopted during a special session held in Lahore.

The resolution stated that Israel’s unprovoked aggression against Iran is a blatant violation of international law, moral codes, and the United Nations Charter. It warned that such actions risk destabilizing not just the region, but global peace and security.

Adding to these concerns, the resolution condemned the US for its direct involvement in the military assault, calling the strikes an act of aggression that deserves the strongest international rebuke.

The resolution went on to express appreciation for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping, lauding their diplomatic efforts to mediate a ceasefire and de-escalate tensions.

“We highly commend the peace initiatives of Russia and China, which are essential to preventing a wider conflict in the region,” the resolution stated.

The Association demanded an immediate halt to hostilities and emphasized the urgent need to protect regional stability. The resolution concluded by urging world powers to act responsibly to prevent further destruction and loss of life in the Middle East.
