Pakistani PM Honors Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed’s Heroism on Kargil Anniversary

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday honored the legacy of Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed (Nishan-e-Haider) on his martyrdom anniversary, praising his unparalleled bravery and sacrifice during the Kargil War

The prime minister said Havaldar Lalak Jan had heroically defeated the enemy’s nefarious designs, protecting the nation with unshakable bravery.

“No attack could weaken the determination of Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed. His courage, valor, and deep sense of duty are a timeless inspiration for our youth,” PM Shehbaz remarked.

He stressed that the sacrifices made by Pakistan’s martyrs will never be forgotten and their memory will continue to inspire the nation.

“Our martyrs and their families are a source of immense pride for me and for every Pakistani,” he noted, reaffirming the nation’s solidarity with its armed forces in safeguarding the homeland.
