Pakistani President Embarks on Five-Day State Visit to China
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari has departed for a five-day state visit to China from February 4 to 8, at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Accompanied by a high-level delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Senator Saleem Mandviwala, and Dr. Asim Hussain, President Zardari’s visit aims to further strengthen Pakistan-China ties and enhance bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
Key Agendas and High-Level Meetings
During his stay in Beijing, President Zardari is scheduled to hold meetings with President Xi Jinping, Premier Li Qiang, and other senior Chinese leaders. The discussions will focus on:
