Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif Arrives in Belarus for 2 day’s Official Visit
Pakistani Prime Minister has arrived in Belarus for an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral ties between the two nations.
Upon his arrival, the Prime Minister was warmly welcomed by Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin. On the first day of the visit, the Belarus-Pakistan Business Council meeting was convened in Minsk, taking the form of a business forum to discuss opportunities for economic collaboration.
On April 11, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko will hold both narrow-format and extended-format talks with Prime Minister Sharif at the Palace of Independence. The discussions will focus on reviewing the progress made on agreements reached during President Lukashenko’s visit to Pakistan in November 2024. Special attention will be given to key global and regional issues, as well as the cooperation between the two countries in international organizations. Several bilateral agreements are expected to be signed following these discussions.
This visit marks a pivotal step in deepening the relationship between Pakistan and Belarus, with a focus on expanding trade, cultural exchanges, and diplomatic cooperation.
