Pakistan’s Ambassador Offers Condolences at Iranian Embassy in Brussels Over Civilian Casualties

BRUSSELS — Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belgium and the European Union, Rahim Hayat Qureshi, on Monday paid a visit to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Brussels to offer condolences following the loss of innocent civilian lives in recent Israeli strikes.

Ambassador Qureshi signed the official condolence book and held talks with Iran’s Ambassador to Belgium, Ali Robatjazi, expressing Pakistan’s heartfelt sympathies for the bereaved families.

“Pakistan stands in solidarity with Iran in this time of grief,” Ambassador Qureshi emphasized, highlighting Islamabad’s support for peace and protection of civilians in conflict zones.

The Pakistani envoy reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to upholding international humanitarian norms and expressed hope for an end to violence against civilians.
