Pakistan’s Embassy in Brussels Promotes Investment Prospects

The Embassy of Pakistan, in collaboration with the Federation of Belgian Chambers of Commerce and Belgian-Luxembourg Chambers Abroad, conducted a webinar titled *“Trade and Investment Opportunities in Pakistan”* on Tuesday. The event aimed to capture the interest of businesses in Belgium and Luxembourg, showcasing the country’s promising economic landscape.

Key figures in the session included the Trade Commissioner of Belgium in Islamabad, the Joint Secretary of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), and the President of the Pakistan-Belgium-Luxembourg Business Forum. More than 30 companies joined the webinar, signaling a notable enthusiasm for investment possibilities in Pakistan.

Muhammad Bilal, Trade and Investment Attaché, presented an overview of opportunities spanning various sectors such as technology, manufacturing, agriculture, and renewable energy. He emphasized Pakistan’s strategic location, developed infrastructure, and policies that encourage foreign investment.

This webinar underscored a significant move towards enhancing economic connections and creating mutually beneficial trade partnerships, reinforcing the shared goal of tapping into new growth channels between Pakistan, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
