Pakistan’s national squash team set off for the WSF World Squash Team Championship 2024 in Hong Kong, China, where they will compete against the world’s best. The prestigious event will feature top squash players from 26 countries, offering an exciting showcase of international talent.
The Pakistani squad is composed of Muhammad Asim Khan, Noor Zaman, Nasir Iqbal, and Abdullah Nawaz. Asim Khan and Zaman will join the team directly from their participation in a tournament in South Africa.
The team will be managed by Air Cdre (R) Amir Nawaz, with Fahim Gul serving as the head coach and Wasim Umer as the fitness coach. Pakistan’s opening match at the championship is scheduled for December 9, marking the start of their quest for success on the global stage.
