PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi Urges Speedy Work on Stadium Upgradation Project

In a crucial meeting led by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, preparations for the ICC Champions Trophy, the ongoing Champions Cup in Faisalabad, and the stadium upgradation project were thoroughly reviewed.

Naqvi urged officials to form committees for the Champions Trophy, with clear roles and responsibilities outlined for each, ensuring that work kicks off immediately. He stressed that the tournament would feature some of the top cricketing nations, and the event’s organization must reflect that level of importance.

The PCB chairman also instructed that the stadium renovation work be accelerated, aiming for completion within the set deadlines. According to Naqvi, the upgraded facilities will significantly improve the spectator experience, making the event more enjoyable for cricket enthusiasts.
